The Mission

I don’t follow protocols. I follow truth.

With over two decades of field experience spanning education, intelligence, public advocacy, and anti-corruption strategy, I’ve walked through war zones, classrooms, courts, and conferences—watching power get misused, systems fail, and people get forgotten. I built MacMillan Intelligence Education (MIE) to flip the script.

My goal is simple: expose corruption, empower individuals, and use AI-enhanced education to train a new generation of problem-solvers.

Who I Am

I’m David Victor MacMillan, known to many simply as Dave. I was born in Nambour, raised in Caloundra, and I’ve travelled the world tracking systems of influence, deception, and decay. I’ve trained security teams. I’ve investigated cold cases. I’ve run intelligence simulations for civilians, veterans, students, and educators. I’ve taught in Vietnam, worked across Southeast Asia, and survived the fallout from institutions who’d rather I stayed quiet.

I don’t work inside the system. I design new ones. Ones that hold power accountable.

I build educational simulations for developing countries and for diplomats, aid workers, veterans, and survivors of institutional betrayal.
Creative Counterintelligence
Sometimes it’s about more than just evidence. I use story, art, music, and design to make truth digestible—and unstoppable.

What Makes Me Different

I’ve been underestimated, misunderstood, and targeted—and I’m still here.

I don’t accept “that’s just the way it is.” I investigate. I track. I expose. And when they try to erase what matters, I record it permanently.

Where others see policy gaps, I see data trails. Where others fall silent, I write reports, build platforms, and teach others to do the same.
